About Meditation
Rachel is a longstanding meditator. It has benefitted her both physically and mentally. During the pandemic she saw the stress levels around her increasing and decided to train to teach the one thing that was helping her through.
The 1 Giant Mind Being Technique is an elegant, simple technique developed by Jonni Pollard. This technique is an easily accessible form of meditation that helps to deeply rest the body and restore the mind.
